I may refuse to post a commission to my social media as I see fit. If a customer does not want me to post their commission, they must specify during the process of their commission. I will honor their request, so long as they honor the below terms. I reserve the right to use commissions as examples or advertisement.Commissions are for personal use only (i.e. use on social media with credit, home decor, digital backgrounds, etc.) . I do not allow my work to be resold, nor do I allow it to be reposted without explicit permission and credit. It is strictly prohibited to use my work in NFT or AI projects. Customers may not recolor, alter, or otherwise edit my artwork without permission.For crediting me, I ask the customer to link to any of my active social media, be it by "tagging" or "@ mentioning" me or by creating a link to any of my socials. I go by @jamiejacksoninsta on Instagram, @pieispie on Tik Tok, and @JamieJacksongaming on Twitch and Youtube.Process & Etiquette
I will generally consult with customers throughout the commission process, sending them updates on their commission with work-in-progress photos. Once I move from one stage to the next, the content of the previous stage cannot be changed without warning and compensation. Major changes to the overall composition, concept, or character that would require the piece to be reworked in full will not be accepted at the original price.Customers are responsible for finding their own concept reference pictures in the beginning stages of the commission process. I am willing to assist them in finding said pictures if needed, but I will not create a wholly original concept for a customer. They MUST have an idea of what they want. A minimum of three reference images are suggested. I also require a full character reference if the commission request is of an original character. Customer must provide the reference in full body as well as flat colors accompanied by the character's full color pallette.While working with me, customers are expected to remain courteous. Should a customer blatantly insult myself, my work, or other customers, I will, at my sole discretion, cease work with them and no further recourse is available. This does not mean I am not open to constructive criticism or suggestions on the direction of a piece, I simply will not tolerate disrespect towards myself or my customers.Payment & Refunds
All payments will be made upfront, in full. Should a customer not pay, and refuse or ignore subsequent requests for payment, the commission will not be accepted, completed, or delivered, and no further recourse is available.If a customer wishes to cancel their commission, they can expect to be refunded depending on when they cancel (applies to full colored piece and painting piece only):If they cancel during or before the Sketch phase, they will be refunded from half to up to everything of what they paid.If they cancel during the Lineart or Coloring phases, they will be refunded 25% of what they paid.If they cancel after the Coloring/painting phase, no more refund will be given.Once a commission is canceled, or if a customer does not pay, the right of the customer to use any imagery I have produced for them thus far is forfeited.My prices are non-negotiable.I WILL Draw:
